1. Introduction

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

12. Account Termination

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 2026jl66. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. Amendments to Terms

2026jl66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
